My Dogs
I have been dog-obsessed since I was 8 years old- REALLY dog obsessed! Currently, I share my home with two wonderful puppies- Jack and Lela.
JACK OWASCO

Jack is my 3rd retired racing Greyhound. He ran briefly at Palm Beach but from what I understand, cracked his hock and never got his mojo back. He made his way up North in 2009 and after another home didn’t work out for him… he schnockered me with his good looks and wicked personality! Jack is BALL and TOY crazy. Favorite activities include fetching, hiking, snacking, and riding in the car. Jackie just passed his initial evaluation to become a Therapy Dog and is in training for his Canine Good Citizen certificate!
LELA
Lela is the newest member of our pack- 35 lbs of rascal!! I picked her out on Petfinder, and up-she-came from a rural shelter in South Carolina. Most people guess her as a chow-pit bull mix but we can’t be sure (although if that IS the case, does that make her a ‘Cho-bull?’ A ‘Pow?’ lol). Le is frisky, playful, and a genuine tomboy. Her favorite things are wrestling with her BFF Jack, hiking, and squirrel hunting in the backyard.
I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love.
